Refund policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order if your product is defective or if it is personalized incorrectly If this is the case, you can return your product for a store credit or ax exact replacement.  Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned. 
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

We’ll reach out to you with specific instructions on how to return your item.
